How do I take it?
The usual dose is 1 – 2 capsules, 2 hrs before bed time. Its recommended to only take 2 capsules if you have tried 1 and feel its wasn’t effective enough. Don’t drive or operate any machinery after consuming these pills.

Are there any side effects?
You should not experience any side effects if taken as directed. If you are on medication or have any health concerns check with your doctor first.

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)
Passiflora incarnate (Passion Flower)
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian)

Passion Flower For Insomnia
Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) was used historically in South America and later in Europe as a "calming" herb for anxiety, insomnia, seizures, and hysteria. Sound sleep is produced so W. somnifera is a good herb for Insomnia patients. It is better to use it with Valerian root and Oyster shell in Insomnia.
